1. Your Account

Browsing RCStash does not require an account. However, to use features like price drop alerts and vehicle watchlists, you'll need to create an account using Google sign-in.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. RCStash will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Minimum Age Requirements

Our service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use RCStash. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use RCStash with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. What We Provide

RCStash is a price comparison tool for RC vehicles. We collect pricing information from third-party retailers including AMain Hobbies, Horizon Hobby, RC Superstore, and others. Our service:

• Displays pricing data gathered from publicly available retailer websites
• Tracks price history over time for comparison purposes
• Sends email alerts when prices drop on vehicles you're watching (requires an account)

4. Price Accuracy

While we make every effort to provide accurate pricing information, we cannot guarantee that all prices displayed on RCStash are current or error-free. Prices are fetched from third-party retailers and may change at any time.

RCStash is not a retailer and does not sell products. We are an information service only. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before making a purchase. We are not responsible for pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or any issues with purchases made through linked retailers.

5. Fees and Payment

RCStash is currently free to use. We plan to offer premium subscription features in the future. If we introduce paid features:

• We will clearly disclose the fees before you subscribe
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RCStash in a way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempts to scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from our service
• Interferes with or disrupts the service or servers connected to it
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

7. Intellectual Property

The RCStash name, logo, and website design are our property. The pricing data we display is factual information gathered from publicly available sources. Product names, brand names, and images are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Third-Party Services

RCStash links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of and purchases from those retailers are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available." RCStash makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCStash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to RCStash at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also stop using our service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of RCStash after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
